About the Event
We will be hosting this EV showcase prior to a Community Resilience event from 5:30-7:00. This showcase will have real EV owners from Morris and other West Central MN communities who will share their experiences with owning an EV in rural MN. Many people are wary of buying EV's in rural areas due to range anxiety, questions around charging, and capacity/cargo space requirements. Currently we have secured a 2023 Kia EV 6, a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, and a 2023 Cheverolet Bolt EV. We are also in the process of connecting with more local ev owners and hope to have 5-10 EVs and PHEVs.
