"The City of Morris is completing a LED Lighting project that includes the downtown parking lot and street lights, lighting for almost all city buildings and for the city parks. The light project will be paid for out of the energy savings over a period of about 7 years and has an expected life of about 15 years and beyond. We are currently in discussions about expanding the project to include all the street lights in Morris.
